By installing the WarmChat Chrome extension or using the WarmChat dashboard at warmchat.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use WarmChat.
These terms form the entire agreement between you and WarmChat regarding your use of the service. Our Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference and forms part of these terms.
WarmChat is a Chrome browser extension paired with a web dashboard that automatically captures and archives AI conversations from supported platforms (currently Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini). It stores your conversations in a personal account, makes them searchable, and allows you to export or inject your context into new AI sessions.
WarmChat is a beta product. The service is provided in an early-access state. Features may change, be removed, or be temporarily unavailable without notice. We make no guarantees of uptime, feature continuity, or data durability during the beta period. See the Beta Disclaimer section below.
You may use WarmChat only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
The service is provided as-is during beta. WarmChat is an early-access product. It may contain bugs, experience outages, or behave unexpectedly. We do not guarantee that the service will be available at any given time.
Data loss is possible. While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, we cannot guarantee that data will not be lost during the beta period due to bugs, infrastructure changes, or migration events. We strongly recommend exporting important conversations regularly.
The service may change or be discontinued. We may add, modify, or remove features at any time. In the event that WarmChat is discontinued, we will make reasonable efforts to provide users with advance notice and a way to export their data.
WarmChat captures conversation content from Claude (Anthropic), ChatGPT (OpenAI), and Gemini (Google). WarmChat operates as a browser extension that reads content you have already accessed in your browser — it does not access these platforms' APIs or internal systems.
You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of WarmChat complies with the terms of service of any third-party AI platform you use. WarmChat makes no representations about whether its use is permitted under any third-party platform's terms.
WarmChat captures only content that you yourself have generated or received. It does not bypass authentication, access other users' data, or interact with platform APIs in any automated way.
WarmChat is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in partnership with Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google.
Your content. You own the conversation content you generate and store through WarmChat. These terms do not grant us any ownership rights over your conversations. We store your content solely to provide the service to you.
Our service. The WarmChat extension, dashboard, codebase, and brand are owned by WarmChat. Nothing in these terms grants you any rights to use our name, logo, or intellectual property except as necessary to use the service as intended.
AI-generated content. AI responses captured by WarmChat are generated by third-party platforms. We make no claims about the ownership or intellectual property status of AI-generated text.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WarmChat and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruption — arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. If you have not paid us anything, our liability is limited to £100 (GBP).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain types of damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data will be preserved without loss. You use the service at your own risk.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where possible, notify users by email. Your continued use of WarmChat after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
